The Thermco program focuses on proper system care to reduce your energy costs—that’s lower power consumption plus extended system life. Planned maintenance also helps prevent unexpected and expensive system breakdowns, While lowering monthly power bills, regular maintenance also improves system heating and cooling capacity and air purity. Thermco goes to work immediately for Maintenance & Energy Savings Program customers with an HVAC system tune-up and assessment.

Once or twice each year, a Thermco HVAC Specialist will perform these important service tasks:
·      Clean Or Replace All Air Filters
·      Check Operation Pressures
·      Check & Maintain Oil Levels
·      Adjust Or Replace All Belts
·      Lubricate All Motor Bearings
·      Check Coils & Clean If Needed
·      Check & Clean Condensate Pans And Lines
·      Check Correct Heater Operations
·      Check Amperages & Voltages
·      Add Algaecide & Proper Cleaning Agents To The Drain Pan
·      Check Electrical Connections
·      Check & Calibrate Thermostat
·      Check Ductwork And Entire HVAC System

And whether it’s installation or service, THERMco is always just

Existing preventive maintenance agreements, as well as Trane and Carrier
extended parts and labor warranties, are transferrable to THERMco.
